Kallies Electric is a non-union company; therefore, we utilize the ABC Apprenticeship Program for training. A beginner may be hired as a pre-apprentice for an evaluation period prior to the start of an indentured apprenticeship. Estimators and project managers must reach a Master Electrician certification prior to applying to those positions. Employees are issued an employee manual and a safety manual that establish the rules and policies of the Company. Additional safety training will be provided in CPR, lift equipment, and personal protective equipment for working on energized systems. |
